Yes, you read this right! We are officially bringing back our beloved Winemaker's Dinners!
You are cordially invited to February's Winemaker's Dinner held at James River Cellars Winery. Each course will be handcrafted, and prepared by Chef Tammy Nesbit. Savor each bite, as you taste from course to course, showcasing James River wine.
Join us, Friday, February 23rd starting at 6:30pm for a private flight tasting, and mingling. Dinner will promptly begin at 7:00pm. Tickets are $90 and include all food and wine!
1st Course - Appetizer Sampler
Mushroom Veronique, Raspberry Baked Brie, Gewurztraminer Blended Sausage, paired with Gewurztraminer
2nd Course - Soup
Lobster Bisque, paired with Reserve Chardonnay
3rd Course - Salad
Smoked Salmon Endive with Dill Sauce, paired with our award winning Cabernet Franc
4th Course - Entree
Apple Stuffed Petit Manseng Pork Tenderloin or Tilapia, Petit Manseng Duchess Potatoes, and Mixed Vegetables, paired with Petit Verdot
5th Course - Dessert Sampler
Raspberry Cheesecake, Almond Shortbread Cookie, Chocolate Mousse Cups, Macaroons, paired with Chambourcin
